European eco label award „The Flower“

We are very proud to officially announce that MaMaison Residence Sulekova obtained after almost 10 months of very hard work important ecological awards in sustainable developments and protection of the environment.

 MaMaison Residence Sulekova successfully fulfilled all national as well as European criterias to be recognized as organization looking after the environment. Our residence is the first company in Slovakia to receive the eco-award „Environmental Friendly Product“ in hospitality industry and the first company ever in all segments to be granted with the European eco-award „The Flower“ which nobody else accomplished in Slovakia so far.

MaMaison Residence Sulekova is now the first Hotel in Slovak Republic with the right to use both prestigious symbols granted by the Commission of European union and the Ministry of Environment for many ecological criterias, such as water savings, ecological approach in laundry and cleaning services, energy consumption, separated waste management system or for using the electricity from renewable sources.

This ceremony took place in Banska Bystrica on 16th of May where we received these awards from the Minister of Environment, Mr. Ing. arch. Jaroslav Izák and representatives or Slovak Environmental Agency.
